Payment services are provided to City of Leeds Swimming Club by SCDS and their payment processing partners. PCI DSS compliance is primarily handled by our payment processors.

City of Leeds Swimming Club may sometimes place a temporary hold of 0GBP to 1GBP or 1USD on your card when you first add it to your account. This is part of the card authorisation process that allows us to determine that your card is valid. This charge will drop off your statement within a few days.

American Express customers may see Stripe in online banking and the Amex app while the payment is pending. This will usually update to COL SC within 48 hours or when the payment settles.

Notes for gala entry payments

In accordance with card network rules, refunds for gala rejections will only be made to the payment card which was used.

Should you wish to withdraw your swimmers you will need to contact the gala coordinator. Depending on the gala and host club, you may not be eligible for a refund unless you can provide evidence to back up the reason for withdrawal, such as a doctors note.
